Feasibility Studies, Preliminary Engineering Design, Detailed Engineering Design and Bid Documents and Construction Supervision of the Upgrading of Community Infrastructure Works in Seven Deprived Communities in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale and Sekondi – Takoradi

Background
This infrastructure-upgrading project was carried out in low-income communities in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale and Takoradi.
The project involved the construction of bituminous-surfaced roads with allied drainage works, provision of water supply networks, water supply networks,storm water collection drains, toilets and street lighting.Following the assessment of the engineering condition of basic infrastructure items in the communities, Preliminary engineering proposals and cost were prepared for each community.The consultant then prepared the detailed engineering designs, bid documents and finalization of facilities and management plans for the communities.
