Supervision and Management Consultant Services for the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Makeni to Matotoka and  Bo to Kenema Highways, Sierra Leone

Background
The Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone has contracted Comptran, SNC Lavalin and 3BDM Associates to provide Consultancy Services for the Supervision and management of the rehabilitation/reconstruction works of the Bo – Kenema road, linking the Southern Provincial Headquarters town of Bo and the Eastern Provincial Headquarters town of Kenema, and             Makeni – Matotoka road, linking the Northern Provincial Headquarters town of Makeni and the densely populated and diamondiferous town of Koidu, in the east. densely populated and diamondiferous town of Koidu, in the east. The works mainly entail 40 – 50mm thick asphaltic concrete             overlay and partial reconstruction of crushed rock base and gravel sub-base, including drainage and the associated works.

Supervision and Management of construction works.

Implementation the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and the Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF).
